Shipping

We ship using a selection of premium couriers and shipping partners. All shipping is a flat rate and will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Customs

All orders are shipped from Austria. Customers in the UK and outside of Europe may incur additional customs or import fees upon delivery. We cannot guarantee that customers from these regions will be exempt from such charges.

Returns

Please note that returns are not possible. If you encounter any issues with your order upon arrival, please contact us immediately at hi@valentinart.shop, and we will assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy for Workshops

Our workshops require a minimum of 3 participants. If this number is not reached up to 3 days before the workshop, we reserve the right to cancel the event. In such cases, any fees already paid will be fully refunded or, if preferred, transferred to another workshop date.

• Cancellations up to 14 days before the workshop: free of charge.

• Cancellations between 13 and 8 days before the workshop: 50% of the participation fee.

• Cancellations from 7 days before the workshop or no-shows: 100% of the participation fee.

A one-time rescheduling to another date is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the workshop. You may also appoint a substitute participant at any time to take your place – at no additional cost.
